At your study visit, you will be provided with all equipment and instructions necessary to collect your 24-hour urine. Research staff will coordinate the timing with you so that you can bring the urine sample to your next scheduled visit to our research office. 

You can participate in the study, as long as you are able to meet all study requirements (i.e. completing all study visits, using the physical activity tracker and the study app every day, and increasing physical activity) while you are away.

No, once the study is finished you must return the physical activity tracker and the study app will be removed from your iPhone.
